Asian Heritage Month is recognized annually in May. This year’s theme is “Unity in Diversity: The Impact of Asian Communities in Shaping Canadian Identity”. As noted by the Government of Canada, the month is an opportunity to “learn more about the diverse culture and history of Asian communities in Canada, as well as to acknowledge the many achievements and contributions of people of Asian origin”, including within the legal profession.
