Changes to the Divorce Act came into force on March 1, 2021. A new consolidated version of the Divorce Act is now available on the Justice Canada website. (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/d-3.4/).

Hi, my husband and I have been separated since 2001 and have already had a separation agreement where the property was divided and our child’s care was settled in 2013. I would now like a formal divorce. How do I proceed. He lives in wpg mb and our child is an adult.
