As part of the annual Access to Justice Week in Saskatchewan, the Law Society of Saskatchewan is hosting a free webinar titled Focus on Gladue: Gladue Report Submissions in Saskatchewan. This informative session will take place on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, from 12:00 – 1:00 pm.
Attendees will hear from experienced lawyers and learn about preparing effective Gladue submissions for clients. In addition, participants will be introduced to Gladue principles and resources designed to assist lawyers, judges, report writers, and researchers in building effective Gladue submissions and reports.
