The Law Reform Commission of Saskatchewan works to simplify and modernize the province’s laws.
The Commission is interested in feedback on the tentative proposal to recommend that Saskatchewan adopt a modified version of the Uniform Commercial Tenancies Act. Guiding questions are available in the Implementation of the Uniform Commercial Tenancies Act: Tentative Proposals Report.
